what we do
Before mass production, first-article parts are measured on a 3D CMM against the approved drawing, and the same checks run on the production sample.
how you verify it
Ask us to pull three random retail-packed units from our last mass-production run — not a sample prepared for you — and send the CMM and color data with them.

A 5% field failure rate on 20,000 units is 1,000 returns. That erases the margin and the reviews that would have funded your next order. A supplier who cannot state their own defect rate is not measuring it.

the problem
A quoted lead time is a marketing number. On-time performance is the real one. When a line is full, the smaller order moves first, and you hear about it after the window has closed.
what we do
Annual capacity is 2 million units. We tell you our booked and free capacity for your production window before you place the order, in writing. If a date comes under risk, you get the warning before it slips, with a revised plan attached.

Ask for our on-time delivery rate over the last 12 months and our Chinese New Year production and shipping policy.

You fund the mold and the industrial design. If that mold sits in a third-party shop that also serves your competitor, you funded their catalog. Four months after your launch, your housing appears under another name.
what we do
Tooling you pay for is yours. It is stored in our own mold room, inside our plant, and we will state its location and ownership in your contract. An NDA is signed before any drawing moves.

Ask for the tooling ownership and storage clause before you send drawings, not after.

The housing is wrong. Your supplier says the mold shop caused it. The mold shop says the drawing was wrong. Nobody owns the fix, and you have no leverage over a company you never contracted with.
what we do
ID design, mold making, injection, assembly, QC and packaging are all our own departments, inside one plant, under one legal entity. The company that signs your quotation is the company that cuts your mold.
We do not run our own SMT line. Circuit boards are built by an SMT partner to our specification. Every board passes our own incoming inspection before assembly, and LuZhuo carries full responsibility for it in your contract.how you verify it

There is no intermediary between your purchase order and the line that builds it. Tooling, unit price, packaging and freight are quoted as separate line items so you can see where every dollar sits.

3D COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE (CMM)
Function: Measures plastic housings, lens holes and snap clips in three dimensions against the approved drawing.
Prevents: parts that will not fit, lens holes out of tolerance, clips that snap once and never again.
COLOR MATCHING LIGHT BOX
Function: Checks housing color under several light sources against the sample you approved.
Prevents: a batch that looks correct in the factory and wrong in daylight on your customer’s dashboard.
MULTI-FUNCTION ABRASION TESTER
Function: Simulates alcohol wiping, daily rubbing and surface scratching on housing paint and printed logos.
Prevents: your logo wearing off and paint peeling during normal use — the failure that generates returns without generating a warranty claim.
TENSILE TESTING MACHINE
Function: Pulls wiring harnesses, connectors, plastic clips and mounting-bracket adhesive to the point of failure.
Prevents: cables working loose in a vibrating cabin, clips breaking, and brackets dropping off the windshield in summer heat.

A Project Another Factory Could Not Finish

Problem: A US brand wanted to develop a 5‑channel dash cam. Its original supplier could not resolve heat‑dissipation issues, bringing the project to a halt.
What we did: We adopted a multi‑layer design for the PCBA, paired with optimized ventilation and thermal designs. This solved the overheating problem and ensured reliable operation of the product.
Result: After the brand launched this product to the market, monthly sales exceeded 2,000 units with an after‑sales rate of only 1.8%. The product achieved outstanding performance.

Three years of shipments, zero quality claims
Problem: A French distributor experienced quality failures across two consecutive shipments. He visited his supplier on‑site and discovered it was merely a trading company, which had no real capability to guarantee product quality.
What we did: We manage the entire workflow in‑house, ranging from raw materials, ID design, mold development and injection molding, through assembly, quality inspection and warehousing.
Thanks to our full in‑house production, we maintain tight quality control at every stage.Result: 26 shipments / 180,000 units over three years, zero quality claims.

Who owns the design and mold on a custom project?
You do. We sign an NDA before you share drawings. Molds built for your project are stored in our own mold room, are listed as your property in the contract, and are never offered to another customer.
